The process is easy, however we want to make sure that our puppies are united with a forever family that will love these babies as much as we do. If you are interested in reserving and purchasing one of our puppies, please read the information below. This will help your puppy buying process will run smoothly. Purchasing a puppy through the internet can be scary. The fear of scams is real. For your protection, we encourage the use of PayPal. Their policies will give you a peace of mind as you place a deposit. We want you to purchase with confidence. Of course, you are always welcome to visit our home and see the puppies for yourself.

Step 1 - Complete the Application

Please complete and submit the puppy application. The information on this application will help us to determine if your home is a good fit for one of our furry friends. If you have specific questions about a puppy or the parents, please complete the Contact Us form. Within one business day of completing the application, we will reach out to you. We will carefully review the application to make sure that the puppy is a good fit for your family and your needs. We will send you an email regarding your approval status, and if you are approved, you may then reserve a puppy. We will send you instructions for submitting a deposit in your approval email. You can reference the "Meet the Puppies" page to determine which puppy you would like.

Step 2 - Selecting a Puppy

A deposit is required if you would like for a puppy to be held for you. Once you have placed a deposit on one of the puppies, you may schedule a time to visit our home or we can show you the puppies via video call. Once you select a puppy, we will secure your selection through a microchip that is placed inside the dog. We will confirm your selection when you pick up the puppy. Please note that deposits are non-refundable. If the puppy does not meet your needs, you may transfer your deposit to the next available puppy that fits your criteria.

Step 3 - Picking Up Your New Puppy

The health of your puppy is our top priority. Puppies will be ready to go home when they are eight (8) weeks old. We will make the transition to your new family as smooth as possible. We are conveniently located in Springdale, Arkansas. Our home is located off of I-49 which connects to Tulsa, Kansas, City, and other surrounding areas. We are also a 15 minute drive from Northwest Arkansas National Airport. You are welcome to pick up your new puppy at our home. This will allow us to meet you, answer questions that you have, and to make the transition easy for your new furry baby. If you are interested in having the puppy sent to you, we will work with a local agency that carefully transports the puppy from our home to yours. The cost will depend on the distance being transported.

What is Included

All of our puppies will be current on vaccinations and deworming. We will provide you with copies of the vaccinations so you can share this with your local vet. We will also provide you with a copy of the health certificate from our veterinarian. We will also provide you with a care package. This includes a bag of high quality dog food and a woobie. This will ensure a smooth transition from its mother to your home. If you are purchasing a poodle, we will provide you with a copy of the AKC registrations from the sire and dam. This will allow you to properly register the poodle.

Our Guarantee

We stand behind the health of our puppies. We have invested time and resources into each furry friend to make sure that you have years of love and companionship with your new dog. A copy of our Health Guarantee is listed below. When you purchase a puppy from Red Poodles and Doodles you are agreeing to these terms in the document below. Our puppies are guaranteed to be in good health at the time of sale and upon arrival. The buyer has a 72 hour window (three business days) to have the puppy checked by a licensed vet. Please send a copy or picture of the health statement from your veterinarian for our records. If this is not done, this contract is null and void. We guarantee the puppy for one (1) year from purchase date against life threatening hereditary defects. We also guarantee said puppy for one year against hereditary defects such as, patellas grade 3 or higher and heart murmurs grade 3 or higher. New owner must provide a statement from a licensed veterinarian illustrating any of the above defects within the one (1) year period as stated above. We reserve the right to seek a second opinion from the veterinarian of our choice. We are not liable for any vet bills regarding the diagnosis and treatment of any defects.

If your puppy is found to have a life threatening hereditary defect, and it is within the time period stated above, we will replace said puppy with one of equal value as one is available. We are not responsible for paying any shipping fees. If the puppy changes hands, (if the original buyer stated on this contract decides to give away or sell said puppy), this contract is null and void. Shipping charges and vet charges are the responsibility of the new owner and will not be reimbursed or refunded for any reason. We love hearing how our puppies are doing in their new homes.
